I  had no formal restaurant training or experience before starting what would eventually become reputed restaurant. I  learned to cook when caring for my  siblings as a child. And I  held a number of odd jobs through the first part of my career, including  work in  low grade hotels   and on local farms and roads. I  started  the hotel  business because I knew how to cook. But it was the chicken dishes  I  served that eventually gained the most attention. I have no  financial resources to  continue this business.
